want to rebuild my 93 t-birds 3.8 must be reliable daily driver work car.I want 250hp.or so befor i hit it with a 150-200hp. wet nitros shot.any help would be used. want to blow the kids minds in town with my sunrise red 93 lx nitros-bird

Holy cow dude, you have big dreams. That motor only had 140 hp stock. Supercharged and with around 8 lbs of boost it still only made 230 hp. Granted headers and a ported blower opening would get it over the 250 mark you seek, but to get there with an NA (naturally aspirated) version isn't going to be easy. And being "reliable" with that HP increase is a contradiction of terms.
