I have a feeling it is a 9 inch. ------------------ 88 thunderbird TC 2.3L Gillis at 18 psi, walbro 255 lph fuel pump, Kirban at 39 psi, 3.73 8.8" rear, rebuilt head, brand new IHI 66 mustang 200ci 3 speed Holley weber two barrel, msd 6A, 3.5 gears, 3.03 v8 three speed trans. 68 Fairlane 289 w/ auto rusting away motor is going in the mustang 79 f150 300 3 onda tree awaiting a new transmission

427Fastback Gearhead Posts: 530 From: N.Vancouver.B.C Registered: Jan 2005	posted 01-18-2006 11:14 PM Not sure of the exact years and models but there is also a 9 3/8 rear end that showed up in many a full size car.Looks like a nine inch till you pull it apart.The housing has a notch in it at the top and the top vertical rib on the carrier is curved instead of straight...
