Since it is Spring time, thought I would do a little Spring Clean up on the Bird. It turned out pretty good.

Have a fresh rearend with a Detroit Locker being built, that should be here within 2 weeks. Almost ready....

Thanks for the complements. It has been a long slow project, done completely in my basement garage. My wife knew I wanted to build up another car for a long time, since it has been several yeas since my last one. She supported me on it 100%.

I found out one thing recently, that some of the magazines must watch some of these forums for material for future use. I have been contacted by 2 already, and one was here last month to do a 2 1/2 hour photo shoot. The other is going to do it next month during the Power Tour stop in Nashville. I think my wife is more excited about it than I am.

When I started this, I didn't know if this would be for mainly street, strip, or show, so it has been a big compromise so far. Time will tell.

I showed these pics to a friend who has a nice '91 V-8 Sport... I'm trying to convince him to build it like yours.

I know at least two editors that are members.
