I have been transforming my 93 Bird from a daily driver, to a weekend play car for the last 8 months. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel at last. I still have a ton of things to do, but should have it ready to fire up in about 1 month. Here is the project: http://www.qsl.net/wd4ngb/birdwork.htm I tried to cover every area as I was doing it. I hope the information will be useful for others.

Thanks.... The vac advance will be removed before it is fired. I just got my MSD Digital 6 box and coil for it today. I may run it in the full advanced, with start retard. Thats still about 1-2 months away. I am starting to run the fuel lines and secure the fuel cell this week.------------------ 1993 Tbird 393 stroker, 3500 RPM converter Lentech Street Terminator Plus

Shouldn't need the retard with a good starter. Even with a locked advance.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA & SS/MA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,'03,& '04 First SS/MA in the TENS! I finished running the new fuel lines from the rear to the shock towers yesterday. I have to connect the return regulater on the back of the fuel log, then run the AN8 lines to the log. Next is the MSD ignition box and coil. Getting close...

That fuel log is bigger than the entire carb on MM. ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA & SS/MA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,'03,& '04 First SS/MA in the TENS! Thanks for the compliments. I started taking pictures of the project just so I could look over things that I was going to do next, and think of all the ways I could do it, then decide how I was going to attack it. As other Bird guys heard about what I was doing, they asked me if I could post a picture or two on the net of it to see. Well, it has turned into full detailing of the project.I am not a pro, or have a lot of money. I am a Retired 62 year old ex Army mechanic. Spent 22 years in the Army, then worked in a local hospital in there Maintenance Dept. So you can see, I am far from having lots of money, just lots time. My play money fund is about bottomed out, so I don't know if I will finish it, and have it ready for the strip this year or not. If not, I will still have fun with it, and take it to some shows. ------------------ 1993 Tbird 393 stroker, 3500 RPM converter Lentech Street Terminator Plus http://www.qsl.net/wd4ngb/birdwork.htm

Thanks. Since it is not a daily driver, I have the time to do it as I wish, and do not have to rush it. ------------------ 1993 Tbird 393 stroker, 3500 RPM converter Lentech Street Terminator Plus http://www.qsl.net/wd4ngb/birdwork.htm
