A C5 and C6 are two different animals. The C5 is C4 based and should fit in place of an AOD, but the C6 is quite a bit larger, and could cause problems interfering in the tunnel.------------------ Mark Walton '83 Mustang NHRA Stocker (under construction - track debut 2003...uh...'04) '69 "off brand" NHRA SS/EA

You would have a lot of TV cable and VSS issues. The Processor or ECM relies on data from the trans to direct the engine controls.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver MCA member# 53321 NHRA and IHRA SS/LA & SS/MA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,&'03 First SS/MA in the TENS! The '91 BIRD had the AOD. AOD-E was not available until '94. So you could either keep the AOD (with TV changeover kit) or fit a C4/5.I think a C6 would be a little overkill...
