Ford Racing Boss 302 Engine Blocks are built stronger than the original for high performance engines.

Does anyone know if the head bolt holes are blind like the DART blocks or do they still go into the water jacket like a standard 302 block?

I would buy the R-302 block or a Dart before spending that much money guys.
It's more for restoration purposes than all out racing.
