Looks like they were using a hydrogen peroxide propellant system, like the rocketbelt of days gone by. Sounds like it tooI'd like to be wearing a bit more protective gear at that speed, but it probably wouldn't do much good anyway

Yea....that's the NHSA (National Hot Schwinn Association). I'd definitely need a diaper for that ride!I coulda gotten to school Really Fast with that thing! All I can vision is the front tire blowing a tube and all of a sudden this guy is no longer riding, he's now skating at a buck fiddy.That's just plain scary. ------------------ 66' A code 289 Coupe. 95' F250 5.8 on 6" of Rancho lift and 35" MT Baja's. 06' Explorer - wifes truck.

I like that puff of smoke behind him right as it kicks in and he speeds off. Reminds me of a roadrunner cartoon.As for Rocket bikes, if God had meant for man to have them, he would've had Orville & Wilbur invent them 100 years ago.
