First pass on 1/4 Mile: Mustang Mach1 15.8 Sec .... Civic 16.2 Sec
Brother-in-law claims he slipped 2nd gear and that the next 2 races would be embarrasing for me!

Second Pass: Mach1 12.6 Sec .... Civic 15.9 Sec
"I got Lucky"
Third Pass: Mach1 12.3 Sec .... Civic 15.4 Sec

Brother-in-law has new found respect for Mustang and won't say anything more about the race!

ROFLMAO

Man, that is so funny it's sad......Or, so sad it's funny....

Either way, it's great that you put another fart can tool back in his tool box.

He did about as good as I predicted, but you did great to run 12s

What did you do to run 12s in a mach1?

Well done by the way.

a 3 second lead at those speeds is about 400+ feet on the big end of the track thats a stomping... And he had the gall to say "you got lucky".

GREAT JOB, YODA!!!

I also want to say "good job" on taking your "grudge match race" to the track and not to some back street.... Being at the track, no one can argue about 'jump starts' due to the light starting system & you'll get a "printout" of who beat who by how much... Let alone it is a whole lot safer and no chance of tickets for either of you while you're doing the deed!

Please tell me he didn't know this before he raced you. That's down right foolish.

LOL, he knew about the charger but he had no clue about the NX, i have a small 5 pound bottle tucked away under the seat. He also has no clue about the polished ports and borla exhaust, he thinks it's all stock... one day i'll let him in on my secret. but even stock i would have smashed him back to his garage! Although he has been in it so he knew what it was capable of.

I watched a civic make 600Hp at the wheels today!

The guy picked up the back end and shifted it over about 10" to center it on the rollers (with one arm) before strapping it down.

Nicely done. Severely thrashed and embarrassed by his own inadequacies.

... or as they say on the street, "you da' Man! He got served..."
