I recently got screwed for a Holley 750dp that I sold on Ebay and sent to this guy. And now Im finding out he's screwed others too.

Basically he won auction, paid by pay-pal, then had it shipped to a po box, and stupid me decided not to send it registered.He filed a claim with ebay/paypal claiming he never got it, he wouldnt respond to any of my emails. ebay/paypal gave me 30 days to give proof of delivery, and the post office wouldnt start looking for it (via lost claim form)until its been missing for 30 days.
to top it off , I got an email from another unlucky guy who's also been screwed by this guy for $700+, who's also been trying to track him .

Is his address just a PO Box #? Also, is the zip 62521 or 62526?

I was screwed by this guy too on Ebay. I paid for an item he listed back on Nov 2nd 2005 and so far no item.. Im going to persue this at all costs.. This guys pissed me off. First of all.. tell me your whole story and what you know .. Also I want the name of the other guy that got ripped off..and his information. the more names and stories we can get , the better... We can all file police reports with the Decatur police.. they will then open a crime investigation... with more than 1 theft, he can be charged with several counts of theft by deception, internet fraud, and mail order fraud.. the more people in on this the better.... P.O. boxes have a physical address behind them.. i.e. you cant open a po box at the post office with out proof of residence or ID or a mailing address. you have to show a DL.. therefore those records can be obtained from the police through the post office within the investigation.. If this guys name is really TROY and it is who I think it is,,...Ive talked with his ex-wife... Im going to get this guy and make him pay... you e-mail me at

Here is where we left off last time.....I have been collecting evidance from other Ebayers that have gotton scammed by KPK Plating. So far, I have had 6 others come forward that have recently been duped by KPK Plating.. the highest being ripped off for $1750.00... which with myself brings the total to 7... This guys very smart and knows all the loopholes to hide behind Paypal and Ebay.... but not smart enough because I have sniffed him out of the woodwork.. KPK Plating also had other e-mails including KPK Racing and MandMracing... also checking with Paypal where I paid him thorugh his e-mail address there is M&M racing.. so these are 4 e-mail addresses I used to try and trace him.. we had a PO box he used as

I contacted the Decatur Ill Memorial Post Office and spoke with the supervisor there Jeff and although he could not tell me who the box was registered to....he did say the box was currently being used.. He directed me to call the postal Inspector in Illinios... I spoke with them and they said they could not release that info without a court order or through a police investigation..

We knew that the cell number given from the contact info on Ebay listed as a TROY and several of us called this number but never got a return call back.. Either it was bogus or someone named troy that has nothing to do with this ebayer..

2 of the victims that got scammed told me that they were requested to make a check or MO out to Alica Sleeth to the PO box above..

so now we had a name behind or connected to KPK Plating..

I also found a street address through one of the scammed.....

this is in a business area Not a residentual address and oviously is either a MailBox's Ect address or thier small mom and pop business address.. I then tryed to find a TROY Sleeth... Heres what I found out....there is no Troy....

I contacted a friend in the phone company that did some wide seaches for me for all Sleeths around Decatur , listed and unlisted within 50 mile radius.... I started calling them all ....One Sleeth in Oreana (outside Decatur) I called .. and asked for Alica... the guy said thats my wife.... shes not here.. I asked him what his name was and he said Mike.. after a line of BS I got off the phone and now... I had a physical address and phone on the co-conspiritor Alica ..... but who was Mike? where is Troy... What I found next is very interesting...

Doing Searches on the internet... What I found amazed me....

Racing Junk.com had post of Beware of Mike Sleeth Ebayer.... also known as M&M racing... Bingo!!!! selling the same crap... Holley carbs and chevy parts... This is him he scammed someone there out of $811.00 .... back in 2002...

also found on Corvette forums.. Mike Sleeth , ripped some guy off on some carbs (same thing ) on Ebay under the name GreatChevyParts in July of 02... I found a few others too ... This is our Guy,, Mike Sleeth. He has been kicked off Ebay 3 times and this time tryed to hide behind his name and used his wifes, unfortunatley he has implicated his wife Alica this time.

I also did a county civil court and criminal search on the guy and although I found some civil suits and an actual arrest warrent issued for failure to appear... I didnt find anything relative to anyone suing him or he being arrested for fraud or theft by deception.. He's oviously managed to hide enough to get away with it so far.. that time has ended.. Hes about to get a rude awakening.

Im going to bring the great fists of justice down on this guys head.
