FINALLY!
The 73 351C convert restomod project is mechanically done and the body shop just picked it up.
This car has literally consumed most of my time for the last several weeks.
The end result is as expected, the car runs it's ass off and still behaves near stock.
It will smoke the tires as long as you stay in the pedal, yet idles sweet and will cruise at 100 MPH.
Compression, big carb, great exhaust system and killer ignition makes it work with a mild cam (268H).
I suspect it will run high 13's through the mufflers in drive based on seat of the pants feel.

Sorry I haven't kept up much on M&M but I just have been too tired after putting in 12 hour days.
Now we get to pack up and get ready for Indy and the US Nationals.
As most of you know we missed it last year for the first time since 1998.
I hope that the tired old horse isn't quite ready for the glue factory yet since I have neglected it so much this year.

Congrats on getting the 73 done. The owner is one lucky guy.
So what would it take to get you out here to help tune my 65?

Good luck at INDY!

Sounds like one Hell of a daily driver. Can't hardly wait to see the pics. Good luck at Indy, to you and your team.
