my car will vary about 1 to 2 tenths from feb to august. obviously most of your et loss came from your 60ft loss. how many runs did you make? were they all about the same 60? im assuming that you took the weight off of the front!!

Ronnie, sorry I can't offer you any help. But I can relate to how crazy it makes you, when you poor more money, and time into your car only to have it run slower.

My guess with the lose of weight and slower 60 foot times, sounds like your spinning more?

I would think it's to much carb. Jet down and recheck them. You did check them after a full pass with a clean shut off right?

Did you change the PV?

I'd put the 76's back in the fronts and see what happens.

I think it's too rich, and it may also be spinning the tires. I bet you took more weight off the rear of the car than the front. And I bet the car was already nose heavy to begin with and taking weight off the back made it worse.

KV is correct the hatck and rear bumper weight is a lot!You took about 125-150lbs off the back(over the back tires). When I back half my MustangII the hatch and bumper was off when installing each we had to trim the quarter pannels to clear the quarters to roll the car.
