What are the best ways to strengthen up a 65 falcon? I have started using slicks and a line lock so I want my car to handle the extra stess put on the car. I am currently using slide a links. Keep in mind that I don't wan't to effect the streetability of the car.

Would subframe connectors be a good idea? If so are they available for a 65 falcon? Are the weld in ones better then the bolt in ones? Do they also help with street driving?

Also, What about the monte carlo support brace that goes across the engine. Will that help and are they available for a falcon?

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Monte Carlo bar does almost nothing for a Falcon except get in the way. weld in frame connectors are the way to go. You can make them quite easily from a couple 6 foot lengths of 2x2 tubing with anywhere from .065" to .100" wall thickness. It doesn't need to be 1/8th thick 2x3 as that just adds a bunch of weight. Cut two 2" wide slots in the rear footwell to run them through and weld them in as many places along their length as you can.
