There was an original 67 mustang 390, but had a 427 Med riser with a 2-4 barrel setup running at Steele today.. There was an ORSCA race here and the guy was running in the 7.00 headsup class.. He was running dead on every pass...7.00,7.01s etc. The guy had a Jerico trans in it and lost in the semi's when they redlighted him for taking to long to stage. I hated that happened to him but its not every day that you see an FE racing, especially in my area, where we are the only ones running FE's------------------ "Stand It Up" Stephen Johnson #2162 "Happy" Horace Johnson #2167 NHRA-IHRA SS/D 427 Ford Fairlane (Ex-Van Cleve) National Record Holder 1985 Mustang GT 11.26 at 119mph N/A 331

Also VERY COOL that he was doing it with a stick! And to be that consistant, I'd say he's been down the track more than a few times!!! Hopefully, he'll become a 'regular' at your home track... and you two FE dudes can regularly kick sum' Chebbie butts!! Ryan

Later, Joeyes we did, its the intake, thats not sealing up. we pulled the intake and there is oil on the bottom of the port of the intake where it matches up to the intake port of the head. We are goin to check the intake for flatness, and mill it... and head to Bowling Green in 2 wks...
