I had one come off on me when I was 50 miles from home. Did not seem to hurt any thing but what effects can this do to the motor. IP: Logged

You may need to modify the guide plates by cutting them in half and moving the slots then tack welding them back together to hold the position. Could also be the studs were drilled and tapped crooked. IP: Logged
