just got my currie rear and axles,9+ nod iron center section with all the goodies, tru-trac with 31 spline 3.89 gears, should i dyno my car with the old gears which is 3.50 or put in the new rear then dyno it, just wondering if i should change before i go. 402w 69 mach1

IMHO, I would dyno it to the gears you will be running in the car. What does it matter about the 350's, unless you want to see if there's a big change in anything. When you taken it to Island Dragway?
