I have the xe274 hyd roller in my 331. WIth e-brock alumin heads and 10.5 to 1 compression made 403 horse at 6000 rom. Pretty wide torque band, with peak torque in the low 4000's. I have yet to take it to the track. Still working thru some bugs with the electrical system.

@68 fastback man, runs very good, but with the fms-cam, it seems like its missing something... somehowe it feels like it can do better, if you know what i mean.... in this condition, it smokes from 1,2,and sometimes 3rd gear.. so it runs good... exhaust is, cyclone headers 1 5/8 into 3" col., in ss 2,5" dual system, no H or X Flowmaster deltaflow 40-series with turndowns before the rearend.. it sounds great, probably the loudest sounding "stang" around here, a lot of the guys from here with Mustangs (no offence meant) are more of the polishing/washing/taking everything back to the perfect originalty level kinda thing... i'm more of, lets see how fast/loud/most outstanding we can make this thing.. @65-driver, thanx for your input.. i think i'm just gonna try it.. see how it's gonna work.. maybe some more compression will help some more, by putting in some different pistons..??
