Paxton makes one for carbed engines blow thru type. I like this type for pakaging reasons, and looks vintage aka Shelby.

I have one on the Cleveland in my 73 Mach I. You can see some pictures of it under the members photos. I use the 4V open chamber heads with an intake built by Hampton Blowers. It is almost the same intake as the BDS. The drive system was also built by Hampton. The only distributor I could find that fit under the blower drive was a Mallory Unilite that is modified by BDS to fit.

Newby in Australia makes (or made) a 6-71 blower manifold for 2V heads on
a 351C. It's a high rise unit to clear the distributor. I don't think I've
ever seen a dedicated 2V blower manifold in the States. Usually, you see
a converted Offy 360 intake. The Offy 360 is basically a big plenum with
a center divider.
