My Holley book lists a 3310-1 as a 780 , but list 3310-2, 3310-3, 3310-4 as 750. They are have the same bore sizes and boosters.

Earlier 4150 3310's have smaller boosters, ie 780 CFM.
Later 4160 3310's have larger boosters ie 750 CFM.

Yeah, like Alex said. The original 3310-1 was a 780 CFM, model 4150 (which means it has a secondary metering block) and has "downleg" boosters while the 3310-2 and later are model 4160 750's with spray-bar boosters and secondary metering plates. All have vacuum secondaries and there are various choke setups.

A lot of Chevy and Ford engines in the late 60's early 70's used variations of the 3310, with tuning, choke, vacuum ports and fuel inlets customized for the application.
