I'm building a 74 Ranchero Q code 351CJ One of the previous owners had taken off the CJ heads and put a miss matched pair on a 2V on the right bank and M on the left. I have just purchased a pair of 2V Aussie heads with the 10 degree retainers, wire lock grooves, and a port job from Powerheads.com. I haven't been able to tear the engine down so I don't know what, if any, machine work has been done to the block. I plan to make the engine a 392 stroker, and hope to run low 12's high 11's on and still be streetable. any suggestions about the intake, carb, cam and anything else would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently running a small block C6 trans and I beleive a 9" with 3.25 gears. Thanks Biv------------------
