how useful would a narrowband air/fuel system be for tuning a carbed car? I've heard people say they are nothing much more than a light show, but i don't really know much about them. Wide-bands show a wider a/f range i assume, and the narrow ones such as the autometer and nordskog only show the middle of that accurately. Obviously the wideband would be better, but they are usually 10 times as much as the narrow setups. So what do you think, are they worth it? Or would something along the lines of a EGT setup work better?

Waste of time.
ETG meter is a better investment.
