I've had this fuel cell for a few years. It's 17" X 17" X 11", plastic, foam filled, made by HPS in Lakeland Fl in November 1999, Mat'l type CL-7004, FIA Spec FT-3. How many gallons will it hold? Is it OK for NHRA? It has molded in nuts for mounting, can I use them or should it be strapped down? I plan on putting it in the trunk, what are the rules for that? Where do I vent it? And, the most important question. What size AN male fittings are .390" ID and .730 OD of the threads? What size is .160 ID and .430 OD threads? Thanks guys! SteveW

Fine for NHRA. You can use the nuts. 12 gallon capacity. Large threads are # 8AN and small are #4AN ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator
