I was fortunate to be able to go to MoneyMaker Racing today and spend some time with Alex. We finally had a beautiful day in Chicago area..70 degrees and sunshine! Alex helped me with a 65 convertible I've been working on. I was able to work side by side with him and learn a few things, and together we got a rear end whine straightened out, got rockers adjusted, timing re-set and dialed in the Holley carb. Car was running okay before, but its SWEET now.

Thanks Alex for all your help, I had a great day.

Scott

Must have been a great day. Must have been nice and would not mind if he made house calls.

Just another typical day around here, with the exception of having some "quality" help.

I wonder the cost of sending a Mustang UPS to IL?

I can tell you sending 4 wheels from Maine to LA is $107...

FedEx is cheaper, $77.

There are racers traveling west to east and back again all the time.
Many times they have room in their trailers.

It would probably be more cost efficient to fly Alex here to dial in my 65.
Maybe Trish could take Beth to Disneyland?

I hear that there are some pretty reasonable air fares these days.
