I need to cut the floor for my t-5 conversion, what is the best way to do this? i was thinking about useing a sawzall. your helps is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A nibbler is the best, but a sawzall or cutoff wheel will get the job done too. SteveW

Are other people finding it common to cut the floor? I've done 1/2 dozen of these conversions in the past and I don't remember having to cut the floor. Scott

how come you have to cut it i thought the t-5 will bolt in and work with the stock shifter hole?

the tunnel brace is a b#tch to get out, look in tech at the bottom of m&m, there is a great read you should have a look at.
