What does it really mean? I have a 302 that has issues... 30 psi in 3 cylinders 120 in the rest. valve, rings, It was running till 3 days ago and used ALOT of oil but never a drip or smoke out the pipe? any ideas?

Bent valves, cracked pistons, broken rings, or all of the above.
Can you put air into the cylinders?
That will at least point you in a direction.
