Hello,
I bought a one-piece fiberglass front end for my 67 fastback. After buiding a metal frame to reinforce it, I haven't a clue how to put hinges on it so that the front end will lift and tilt. There are no inner fenderwells and only new frame rails with two bars coming from the firewall in front. Any suggestions are greatly welcomed. Thanks
Randy

Usually a One Piece fiberglass front end is a DZus fastener "slip on" type set up like on my race car. if you want a "tilt" front end kit go to US body Source.com and I think they have hinge kits for that.

The rockers tuck in too far to clear the cowl without needing two people to pull the sides outwards as you tilt it. The usual way is to make a horizontal cut from the wheelwell to the door so the lower rear section stays attached to the car and rest flips forward. Hardly any way of making that look neat on a Mustang though.

Hey thanks for the input guys. This is looking more and more like my front end will be a pull-off type instead of a tilt. Kid, it's always nice to talk to a "local". Eastern Iowa certainly has some nice rides.
