I'm trying to put stainless braided hoses into an A-N fitting. What a pain in the A$$. My fingers are perforated full of holes from the braid. I tried tape, then cutting the line clean, then leaving the taped portion on slipping it on to the fitting. with no luck. Any tips??? Thanks Sodi

Do not use tape on the ends to install.
Use tape only to cut for clean ends.
Use oil in the rubber to help insert the probe portion of the fitting.
Twist the hose counter clock wise into the female AN end.

With lube, you can butt them up.

I found using a cut of disc to cut the pipe gave a better end then using a saw.
