Here's the kind of math I like:Total race cars entered in the Auto Club 500: 9 Fords 20 Chevrolets 14 Dodges Top Ten finishers: 5 Fords {1,3,5,7,8} 2 Chevrolets {2,6} 3 Dodges {4,9,10} Need I say more? ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 351C 4V/FMX/3.25 Open '70 Mustang Convertible 250 I6/3 speed/2.79 Open '72 Mustang Sprint Hardtop 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Loc '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip [This message has been edited by SteveLaRiviere (edited 02-27-2005).]

I would lean toward a faulty common Part as they all blew up except Johnson.

I think that we are missing something beyond just the failure of the Hendrick plants. Two weeks in a row DEI Engines have FAILED on Michael Waltrips's number 15 NAPA Chevrolet too !! On another note. RYR is still not hittng it on the issue of chasis/handling issues. Both Jarrett and Sadler are having respectable runs so far..as both are within the Top 15..but it seems that the Roush teams are benefiting more from the Roush/Yates Alliance that was formed last season. Congrats to all the Ford teams...and lets hope Fatback McSwain gets his Fat-Back Healthy..and Ricky Rudd and the Woods can get that 21 Motorcraft/ Air Force car to the front soon.
