Just saw a subscription copy last night and Mel and the car both look GREAT! I will actually go out and buy my first copy of Hot Rod in almost 20 years just for this momentous occasion. Mel looks the most proffesional and PC of the group too. Some of the ladies are more into showing off themselves if you know what I mean. Very nice and congratulations the Steve, Mel, and the entire Westerman family. ------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver NHRA and IHRA SS/LA & SS/MA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,'03,'04 &'05 First SS/MA in the TENS! Thanks for the link! That's my first look at the article too, since I haven't recieved my subscription copy yet. I think it came out pretty nice, not totally accurate but that's expected. She's in good company with Ashley Force and Erika Enders. Congratulations Melissa SteveW

Melissa tried to post today, but she's forgotten her password. She asked me to tell you all, THANK YOU VERY MUCH She appreciates all your support. She's not entirely happy with the pics they chose, but I think it came out pretty cool. They didn't want her to smile in the pics, they wanted the "competitive" look. Good exposure for her sponsers, MMkr racing, CalTracs, and BadAssRacing. Thanks again! Steve & Melissa
