What is it? It looks like a RPM for a 351 but I can't find any info on it.------------------

My catalog doesn't show it...but a 3781 is Performer for a 351W with EGR, it has a hole beside the carb into the top of the exhaust crossover and a smaller hole on the carb mounting surface.

I see 7181 as a RPM and 7581 as an Air Gap but don't see 3281 mentioned. I saw one on eBay and the guy said it had some kind of marine coating on it.------------------

Yeah that's it, i don't see it in the regular catalog, they must have another one for the coated marine stuff.
