Need an answer ASAP, looking at a set of used afr 165's (bolted on, engine never ran)- guy is asking $900. Will these work with my patriot (el-cheapo) tri-y headers?

If so I will pick them up, machine shop has my engine and reassembly is scheduled for tomorrow so I would like to know quick so I can have them hold it if I get these!!!

you'll love the 165's. dont worry about the headers. if you ever replace them, dont spend the big money for the true tri-y, just get some hooker comp. long tubes.

AFR's have standard exhaust ports... in a pinch, we ran the log manifolds on my cousin's 289 with AFR's. No problem.
