It's just a stock 302 application piston, they should be cheap enough.

It will have to be a dish piston to achieve that compression.
Mine was 13cc dish I used Je pistons but then again my compression ratio was 10.5/1
that compression ratio a msd unit and alluminum heads should be fine for the street. never got to build mine as my Ex or soon to be Ex has all my stuff

How about a KB364? 22cc dish compression should work out to be around 9.3:1. I use the KB hyper and spray 125HP to the motor and they seem to have held up fine. They would likely be well under $300.

On my 393W just used a good set of stock dished 302 pistons, just make sure that there skirts will clear the crank throws. But even with those 9.5 will be hard to reach, I am at about 10.5

the 192 with a stock head gasket and 0.00 deck height will come out to approx 10.5:1 a bit more than I want but thanks for the input it may be an option...I have been looking at the sealed power 272ap the only problem is I cant find the cc for the piston dome...
