I need new leafs, and there is a guy selling specific application springs on ebay. They are all 4 leaf, but the shelby actually has a lower sping rate 625 lbs vs standard 650 lbs. I am wondering if the "GT 350 / 500" leafs have less arch. I have emailed this guy before, and I get the feeling he just sells part #s, if you know what I mean. I like the idea of buying leafs with less arch (like the global west leafs) for my application, and the price is right. Just wondering if any of you guys have this info??? Thanks------------------

Can't tell you about the arch, but if you go to my M&M pictures - see link below in my signature - you can see what ride height the GT springs put my car at. The car handles well with the GT springs and it's not a real harsh ride, although firm.Ekbeanctr ------------------ Red Fire Clearcoat 65 Fastback, 408W. FYI for what it's worth, based on what the old man told me when I was in Vegas, only the "R" models got different springs. Standard GT-350's used stock HD GT stuff with Koni shocks and under or over ride bars.------------------ Alex Denysenko Co-Administrator and Moderator NHRA/IHRA/SRA member and licensed Superstock driver NHRA and IHRA SS/LA & SS/MA National Record Holder '00,'01,'02,'03,'04 &'05 First SS/MA in the TENS!
