I got the Pro Form main body in the mail today and the bottom of the throttle bore in the main body is about 1.650". I was going to adapt it to my 830 base plate since it still utilizes the 1 11/16 throttle blades but the bore is a different size. The 830 main body measures 1.745" on the bottom of the bore. So I know I'll need to go to an actual 750 baseplate because once the 830 baseplate is bolted on the Pro Form, there is a definate mismatch. So my question is, how much less will the Pro Form flow since its bore is almost 0.100" smaller? Or will the contouring and downlegs offer up more flow and velocity over the annular set up with choke tower and stuff?

Here is a picture of it. I'm not going to run this combo since I have an Idle-Eze Base Plate coming that is the 750 size. But what is the expected flow of the Pro Form with the 750 size base plate? The 830 has 1 11/16" throttle blades but I guess the size of the bores are bigger as seen in the pic. ------------------ 1982 Ford F100 2wd Shortbox.
