I have been outside today, (temp is 70 degrees), washing & cleaning my dually that is white in color. I have many trees in the yard that leave this black speckled $*** on it. In the past I have used Tide washing powder mixed with bleach & scrubbed with a washing brush, and it worked till now. I scrubbed till I actually worked up a sweat! Still has specks on it. Any of you ever have this problem & use something that requires less physical labor? If so, what?

I have a white truck too... I use a little super clean in about gallon of water. super clean (straight) works great on raised white letter tires too, with little scrubbing.

Blue Coral car wash soap, or the new Mr. Clean car wash system. I use a clay bar for the tough stuff. Works killer.

I second the clay bar.I had a white car and it used to get the same crap on the paint. the clay bar and some elbow grease took care of it.

is this literally a clay bar that you can pick up at the hobby or craft store? and how does this work?

No, it's a clay bar designed for automotive finishing use. It'll come with some type of lubricant that you spray on the paint surface before using the clay. The clay acts as an ultra fine abrasive and literally skims the surface of the paint removing impurities. Several high line Wax mfgrs make em. McGuires being one.

You're not supposed to use any elbow grease at all, just a "very slight" pressure
