Is there anyway that the Parker Port Stuffers could be installed without pulling the heads off and epoxying them in place? Like could they be drilled from the bottom of the port, into the stuffer, that is drilled and tapped, then a bolt put in? Would that be possible? I'd really like to put the stuffers in but not sure if I want to pull my heads off. I think adding the stuffers would make a big difference. ------------------ 1982 Ford F100 2wd Shortbox. I put a set of the old Roush stuffers (we called them spoons) in a set of Cleveland heads a few years ago (The Roush spoons are teh same thing, I assume, as the Parker stuffers). I clamped the spoon into the head, then drilled thru the bottom of the port thru the plate. I then removed the spoon and tapped it. I then went back and drilled the hole in the head oversize so the bolt would go thru the hole and thread into the spoon. For the final installation I coated the spoon with epoxy and then screwed it into the head. So I guess I'm saying yes, they can be installed with screws from the bottom of the port. Although I would still use epoxy. If you're bent on not removing the heads, couldn't you still epoxy them in like I described if you clean the ports real good? BTW I used JB Weld.

Thanks, I think I'm just going to pull the heads and do it the right way. What epoxy is the best brand to use?------------------ 1982 Ford F100 2wd Shortbox.
