ok i know ive been asking a lot of questions, but i was talking to the guy who sold me the engine and he said that i cant get much power out of a 2v cleveland and i was wondering what kind of possibilities are there with a stock crank, rods and no juice or super charger

With proper machining and balance, the stock crank and rods can handle as much power as you could want. Don't worry about them.

The heads are the limiting factor. KidVishus has gone 10s with 2V heads, but he has a way with Clevelands. Most 2Vs don't run anything like that, although they can make some good power for a street/srtip car. It depends on what you are expecting out of your car.

I've gone 10.40's with ported 2v heads, and 10.80's with unported 2v heads and 10.4-1 compression. It was on alcohol, but it was NA. The 10.80 motor ran 11.20's on gas and was originally put together for my street car, the other would have still been in the 10's on gas although I never ran it that way. Both motors used stock rods and a stock crank. The 2v heads may pale in comparison to the 4v heads, but with a mild port job, they still outflow most factory cylinder heads.

ok so any recomendations on what i should do to this 351 cobra jet? cuz im at a loss , i just built a 351 m for my truck stroked it to a 408 and its rockin but i have no idea about clevelands and kid you seem to be the man so any help would be greatly appreciated
