with that much duration, unless you can launch at 3500-4000 i think you will have a stumble with the victor jr. you will not have enough signal/vacuum to get the fuel down those long runners and into the engine quick enough. just my opinion, i could be wrong. good luck

Im not sure that combo will much power past 7000.
I would consider a mechanical 750 holley hp and 1.75 primary headers.

And if you get a custom cam matched to you combo you will know the peak power and torque for your torque converter selection, plus it will just run faster.
