hi im new here and am planning to put 351w heads on my 302. i have searched the topic on here and found out a lot exept 1 thing i want to have the heads milled to increase comp.ratio. the heads have a 60.4cc combustion chamber and i have flat top pistons with 2 valve reliefs. i want to acheive a 11:1 comp ratio or close to it, does any know about how much ill need to mill the heads to acheive this? all info appreciated Jay

You won't, I have kb .200 dome pistons in mine that come out of the cylinders .003 because of a decking with one piston, then using these, milled my heads .020 and polished them and ended up with 62cc chambers and I'm only at 10.3:1. So the only way your going to get there is dome pistons, probably decking the block and milling the heads. Otherwise you'll be in the 9-9.5 range.
