what gear should i run on a street car some strip, 69 mach1 402w c-4 car 10'' converter, running 3.50 posi now, like 4:10 or 4:30, is that to much gear?.

Depends on the height of your rear tires. We run 3.89s with 26" tires and 4.10 with 28" tires. Trap speed 124 mph at 6500 rpm range. Cruises around 3,000 at 60 mph.
BUT, This is a strip car/some street.

steve im running 28 tall now but im changing over to Hoosies quick time radials which look like they are smaller maybe 26'' tall, so maybe 3.91 or 4:11, need more gear not worried about going to far with this car weekend driver mostly.

OK,

Depends on how fast it'll run through the traps and how high you want to spin the 402W. Try the 3.50s first and see what your trap speed and rpms are.
