Current specs, 306 ford crank rods with arp hardware kb 116 .200 dome pistons DOOE-C windsor 4v heads that are ported 1.84,1.54 valves mme custom roller cam-280,285, 230,[email protected], .550 lift both sides, 110 lsa wieand stealth intake 650 dp holley 4-speed, 3.50 locker rear 17/8" exhaust, with flowtech headers 1.5" primaries, 3" collectorsMy questions are I will be going to 2.5" exhaust next year using the flowmaster mandrel bent tailpipes and some sort of muffler, probably a 3.89 gear set and was wondering if maybe the victor jr. would work better? f100cleveland and I played around on desktop dyno and it gained around 15 horse and was up from 3,500-6,500, so is it a good more or will it hurt me? ------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 650 dp holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, mme custom roller cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 10.3:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 3.50 9" locker rear. 1986 f-150, 5.0, factory towing package with original c-6 trans

I'd say go for it. Actually the program was Engine Analyzer 3.0, I think this program is more accurate than DD2K. The only place it lost was under 3500 rpm but if you can get your chassis to hook a little better, you should be able to launch above that and not even see revs that low. Just hunt around and find yourself a used one. If you dont like it, just pull it off and resell it again and put a 2 barrel on it !!! Just kidding, but I know it will make it pull even harder than it all ready does when it hits the powerband. I'd say go with the Spin Tech Pro Street mufflers, you know what they sound like!! With the bigger exhaust and possibly lower gears, it will be like comparing your old motor to your new motor all over again!!!!------------------ 1982 Ford F100 2wd Shortbox. Ya Dustin, told dad the result I got from engine analyzer, sorry thought it was desktop dyno, but anyway, he thought it was a good idea if it gains that much, so once it gets disc brakes in the front and exhaust it's probably next on the list! It goes fast enough now that I need to be able to slow it back down! ------------------ 1970 coupe restored with the help of my dad. 306 with 650 dp holley, Weiand Stealth intake, headers, mme custom roller cam, harland sharp roller rockers, kb pistons, 10.3:1 compression ratio, pertonix ignitor 2 with matched coil, lakewood bellhousing, 4-speed toploader, and 3.50 9" locker rear. 1986 f-150, 5.0, factory towing package with original c-6 trans
