Looks like it's going 200 mph just sitting there! ------------------ 1966 Mustang Coupe: Custom glass hood and BIG scoop sits atop a 289 stroked to 331 c.i., Steel crank, rods and girdle, TFS alum. heads, Stealth 8020 intake, Xtreme 268 Solid Roller, Holley 750 HP, long tubes, 4speed, 9" 3.50 posi. 11.86 @ 116 mph (7.62 @ 93 mph)daily driver! thanx,... it just came to my mind, and i thought it would turn out ok, so i did it.. and it looks sweet!!the motor is standard bore 351C 4bolt mains,Boss crank + rods bolted down with ARP , TRW forged pistons, all clevite bearings inside,4V Boss heads are shaved 0.024 off (63CC chambers now for 10.4 cr)with manley SS valves 2.19/1.71 (racemaster) replaced guides, crane valvesprings, manley guideplates, Comp cams roller rockers alu 1.73, comp cams solid cam, 570 lift both sides, 238dur @ 0.050 and 282 adv dur. ,Mellings hv oilpump, oilrestrictors , Milodon waterpump HV. intake is a edelbrock torker with on top a 4 hole phenolic spacer and 750cfm Speeddemon with mechanical secondaries and K/N extreme top airfilter, fuelflow is electrical by a Holley pump ignition is gonna be MSD, non-vacuum ,with msd6 box and HVCII blaster coil,MSD super conductor plugwires. and in Januari my FPA 4V Ceramic coated Headers are arriving so this thing can be build in and started!!
