ml, Thier are a few products that can be had in an over the counter manner that make claims of being able to handle this problem...but nothing I've seen firsthanded compares to having it boiled out by a Radiator Specialist whom has all the access to the real stuff.
For my cars whom are in their advanced years and or mileage...it's worth it to have a real pro deal with it..and or evaluate it for repairs or replacement if need be?
My 1968 Torino is going to get a new Aluminum Radiator soon...and the 88 Turbo T-Bird is going to get boiled professionally...the other cars in my stable are in fine shape with routine flushings and annual coolant replacments...but that's the benefit of the one-owner scenario in this case.
