Only 10.57 all on motor.

That's all romping stomping 299 cubes worth and a 40 year old set of heads and 400 CFM carb.

Apples to apples?

14.9 on almost all the motor.

On that game 14.8 it must just be me.

Nice pic man

I don't know what my car runs in the 1/4 mile. last time I even remotely tried it ran a 9.50 and I got out of it at the 1000' mark. it has run a best of 5.64 on motor in the 1/8th mile. Still slow, I would like to run some 5.20's if possible. maybe next year with some giggle gas, we'll see.

I have a stock rear bumper! and door handle! rear view mirror is also stock.

at these speeds do we really want to say I have a stock anything?

Alex, I will race you motor to motor, no NOS.... title for title and I don't have the funds in my engine that you do....

In fact, I will disconnect my secondary?s on my 850 if you wish, because of the CID advantage that I have running a 351W vs your 289.

All you need to do is meet me at Gainesville for the race....
Furthermore, if you loose Beth comes home with me!

9.97 in the qrtr. On a seperate pass it went 6.18 in the 1/8 which should have put it in the 9.80's. All motor, factory iron heads, factory crank and rods, 357 inches.

My new motor (it's just a little bigger ) should run in the 9.50's NA, maybe a tad quicker.

I'll take some of that, old junk ran 10.40s, new junk should knock a second off of that. All motor, 10" tires still have the back seat in it.
