I'm gonna be installing a R code Super Servo in my c6 and they recommend re-adjusting the band. I've heard everything from 1/2 turn back all they way up to 2 full turns. What is best in a high performance application? Thanks

What are the pros/cons of running one tighter or looser?

tigher might not allow the band to fully release and generate heat....loose will tend to make the shift flair when it takes longer to apply the band or even let the drum slip.

I always used a 1/4 combo wrench and snugged the band adjuster tight and then backed it off 1.5 turns. Never had any problems with this method on C4 or C6.
