Looks like a great engine for the less than $200. ea I can get them for. Are these things worth working with or should I keep my old 390 FE?????? IP: Logged

Toronado3800 Gearhead Posts: 1011 From: St. Louis, MO Registered: Jul 2001	posted 11-07-2004 11:19 AM The extra 130 cubes a 390 has over the 4.6 should help a healthy 390 pull a car at least even with the little technoligical wonder. AND, the 390 has more potential performance under a blower. The 4.6 probably should benefit from 30 years of computer aided design and be better oiled/cooled, etc. Also under its fuel injection system its gonna be an excellent daily driver. IP: Logged
