Right now I'm running a 192 degree thermostat and was wondering if that was the best temp for a Cleveland since they have a dry intake? What is the advantage/disadvantage of the other heat ranges?

I don't know, I always ran as cold of t-stat as I could find; generally 160*. I do know I would never put one in that's hotter than 180*. No real reason other than personal preferance.

It will get into the low 100's on a really hot day. Otherwise, it is usually ranges from the 80's to high 90's.

I'd recommened the coolest highest flowing fella you can find if you have ANY cooling problem.

The only thing which has me tempted to say keep the 192 is that the electric cooling fans of modern injected cars come on at 200+ degrees and they're putting out excellent power and reliability.

Then again, few things are worse than overheating.
