I have a problem of a mid throttle hesitation. When cruising about 3500 rpm or so and slowly lay into the throttle, it will kinda bog. Not totally sure if its a bog, but thats what it feels like. It will recover from it very quickly though. But when driving part throttle like that and laying it to the floor yields no hesitation or bog. It has to be something in my transition circuit. The carb is a 830 Holley double pumper with annular boosters. I have tried different shooters, pump cams, 50cc and 30 cc rear pump, bigger and smaller jets. Right now the truck seems to run best with 82/87 jets and a 35 squirter front with a 30cc pump and a 40 squirter rear with a 50cc pump. It actually seems worse with a 31 or 35 squirter in the rear. I would really think that it wouldn't want more squirter. But it is kind of an annoying bog that I want to get rid of. Any help would be great.
