Hey all you cleveland guys, I'm running a cleveland 4v in a 72 mach 1 rite now, and found an ad for port plates in a issue of "mustangs and fords" the website is www.mpgheads.com and are reasonably priced. Has anyone heard anything about these or had experience with any similar products? any and all responses are appreciated, thanks!

Don't bother. They are a waste of time. Been there, done that.

They aren't worth the steel they are stamped out of. They are a gimmick designed to seperate people from their money. They don't work, and are big PITA.

I wouldn't give up a set of 4Vs for aussies, but that's just my opinion.

Me neither. What you gain in compression with the closed chamber, is offset plus more by the poor flow of the aussie heads. Open chamber 4v heads will make a bunch of power.
