I'm trying to find a 1350 yolk for my Tremec 3550 trans. The yolk is the same spline count as a toploader or T5. I found a place that has a Ford part that is a 28 spline 1350 joint yolk. The question is the outside dimension for the seal surface measures 1.585". When I measure my toploader it measures 1.499" Would I be able to use this yolk on my trans? Anyone with a Tremec want to take the time to measure theirs?

If it's the same as a C4/toploader yoke, Mark Williams Enterprizes makes one that's super strong. 28 spline, 1350 (ton truck) U-joint. I had to purchase one for my car after twisting the splines on several Spicer and Ford units. These hold up great!Good Luck! ------------------ Mike Burch 66 mustang real street 302 4-speed 289 heads 10.63 @ 129.3 http://www.geocities.com/carbedstangs/cmml_mburch.html http://www.fortunecity.com/silverstone/healey/367 http://www.mustangworks.com/cgi-bin/moi-display.cgi?220
