Topic: Vacuum line from C4 to Intake

Didn't realize that I hadn't installed a vacuum line till last night while hooking up my tranny cooler. What kind of line do I use? What does the hook up on the tranny side look like? I'm assuming the intake is just a nipple fitting into the intake.thanks, don

I don't have a vacumm modulator on my C-4. You sure yours does? SteveW

It is needed unless you have a full manual valve body. You need the modulator valve hooked up or else it won't shift correctly.[This message has been edited by ntman (edited 08-31-2004).]

The end of that modulator will have a nipple in it. Look at the hose going into it in your picture.If it's a manual vavle body you don't need it hooked up.
